The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cage temperature and flour okra waste in feed on the organ profile of digestion at different cage temperatures. The study was conducted using 192 DOQs with a 2-factor factorial completely randomized design experimental method, namely Factors A and B. Factor A (temperature) consisted of 2 treatments A1 (cage temperature = room) and A2 (heat stress temperature ±3oC). Factor B (feed) consisted of 4 treatments namely B0 (0%), B1 (1% okra waste flour), B2 (2% okra waste flour), B3 (3% okra waste flour) with 3 replicates and each replicate contained 8 quails. Data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), if there was a significant difference, it was continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Parameters observed were digestive organs including the weight of the ventriculus, gizzard weight, small intestine weight, small intestine length, pancreas weight, pancreas length, large intestine weight, large intestine length, cecum weight, cecum length, and liver weight. The results showed that the temperature factor had no effect on the weight of the ventriculus, the weight of the small intestine, the length of the small intestine, the weight of the pancreas, the weight of the large intestine, the length of the large intestine, the weight of the cecum, the length of the cecum, and the weight of the liver but had an effect on the weight of the proventriculus and the length of the pancreas. The feed factor had no effect on the digestive organs and there was no interaction of temperature and feed on the digestive organs. The conclusion of this study was that feeding okra waste flour up to 3% did not affect the performance of quail digestive organs at cage temperatures up to 31°C.
