Respon Pertumbuhan Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum Officinarum L.) Varietas Nxi 4T Terhadap Penambahan Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobakteria (Pgpr) Akar Bambu

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is a type of grass plant that produces sugar which is one of the plantation commodities that has a strategic role in the economy in Indonesia. The problem currently faced by the national sugar industry is the decline in sugarcane productivity, especially in Java. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of optimal bamboo root PGPR on the growth of sugarcane shoot seeds of the NXI 4T variety. The study was conducted at the Jember State Polytechnic Research Field from July to October 2024 using non-factorial RAK with 6 bamboo root PGPR dose treatments and repeated 4 times. The results showed that the addition of bamboo root PGPR to sugarcane plants of the NXI 4T variety had a significant effect on plant height at the age of 15 HST, 30 HST and 45 HST, the number of plant leaves at the age of 15 HST, 30 HST, 60 HST, 75 HST and 90 HST, and the number of sugarcane shoots at the age of 30 HST. The addition of PGPR fertilizer with a concentration of 25 ml had the greatest influence on the height parameters of sugarcane variety NXI 4T.
