Pengaruh Aplikasi Pgpr (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) Akar Tebu Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) Varietas Ps 862 Pada Fase Pertunasan

This study aims to determine the effect of PGPR application of sugarcane root on the growth of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) varieties of PS 862 in the budding phase. This research was conducted in August 2018 until January 2019 in the upland fields of the State Polytechnic in Jember. The research method uses non factorial randomized block design with 4 treatments, namely PGPR 0ml / L, PGPR 15ml / L, PGPR 30ml / L, PGPR 45ml / L. Observation parameters were plant stem height, number of leaves per stem, number of tillers per clump, stem diameter, stem and leaf wet weight, stem and leaf dry weight and root weight. The results showed that significant differences were found in the parameters of plant stem height at 60 HST and 90 HST, number of tillers 121 HST, stem and leaf wet weight 123 HST, stem and leaf dry weight at 125 HST and root weight at 128 HST. The best treatment was shown in P2 and P3 namely PGPR 30 ml / L and 45 ml / L.
