Efektifitas Garbage Enzyme Pada Budidaya Sawi Pagoda

Garbage enzyme is a fermentation product from a mixture of fresh fruit and vegetable waste, sugar, and water which can be used as fertilizer. However, information about how it used on growth and production of Totsoi plants (Brassica narinosa) is still limited so needed to study its effectiveness as a liquid organic fertilizer. Research was conducted from January to February 2025 in the garden of the Wijaya Kusuma Women's Farmers Group, South Tangerang at an altitude of ±25 m above sea level. Materials used were polybags, seedling trays, hoes, soil, husks, manure, NPK, and garbage enzyme. Experiment used Randomized Complete Block Design consisting of six levels of garbage enzyme, namely: P0 = NPK 1g/plant (control), P1 = 10 mL/L, P2 = 15 mL/L, P3 = 20 mL/L, P4 = 25 mL/L, P5 = 30 mL/L. Treatment was repeated four times so that there were 24 experimental units, each unit had 3 plants so that there were 72 plant populations. Parameters observed; crop width, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length and weight. Data were analyzed using one-way anova parameters, further tests using Tukey test level of 5%. Results showed that NPK fertilizer was still superior in growth and production of Totsoi plants. Garbage enzyme 20 mL/L gave the closest results to the control, especially in crop width, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, and root weight of Totsoi plants
