Perbanyakan Vegetatif Tanaman Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora) Berbagai Macam klon Terhadap Keberhasilan Sambung Dini

Coffee is an important crop in national agriculture. Coffee plants can be propagated by vegetative and generative methods. Propagation by vegetative means by using part of the plant itself, namely by cuttings, doubling of roots and early grafting. Connect earlier, namely the multiplication of coffee plants using coffee sprouts in the phase of slowness that is less than 4 months. This study discusses the coffee stems, which produce the best success rate and seedling growth. This research was carried out on September 1, 2018 at the Greenhouse of the State Polytechnic of Jember using a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design analysis of 4 preparations and 5 replications. Treatment using various kinds of robusta coffee stems (BP 234, BP 358, BP 534, BP 409) and BP 42 rootstock clones. The parameters observed were life relationship (%), connection connection (%) and seedling height (cm ). The results in this study The upper rods of BP 234 and BP 409 clones determine the best percentage of success and for the best seedling growth ie BP 234, BP 358 and BP 409. While the highest success and growth rates are found in treatment A4 (409).
