Analisis Distribusi Penggunaan Dan Kemampuan Pengembalian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (Kur) Di Kabupaten Kudus

Abstrak

The agricultural sector has a very strategic role in national development. However, the agricultural sector is still faced with several problems, including the lack of capital for farmers and agricultural business actors (Ashari, 2009). The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the distribution of the use of people's business credit (KUR) for rice farming activities for farmers in Kudus Regency. 2) To determine the ability to repay people's business credit (KUR) taken by rice farmers in Kudus Regency. This study was conducted in Kudus Regency in 2022, while the sampling technique used the census technique, because the sample used was the entire population of 31 rice farmers who took People's Business Credit (KUR) whose credit repayment was due. The results of this study are that the use of KUR funds is entirely used by farmers for farming activities, where 49% is distributed to farmers for fertilizer use, 18% is used for labor payments and the rest is used for other farming activities, for example: use of seeds, medicines, land rent, irrigation and pest control. The return of KUR in Kudus Regency in 2022 is in the smooth category, which is 75.19% of the total respondents, the return made by the respondent farmers is very high, meaning that the KUR payments made by farmers are on time and not in arrears. As many as 93.5% of farmers feel the benefits of KUR, because it is very helpful in carrying out farming activities.
