Digitalisasi Informasi Penyuluhan: Upaya Peningkatan Peran Balai Penyuluh Pertanian (Bpp) Sumberwringin Melalui Website Dan Instagram

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Community Learning Empowerment and Practice Programme (PPPM) in enhancing the role of the Sumberwringin Agricultural Extension Office (BPP) located in Bondowoso District, Indonesia. The programme was implemented from August to October 2024, with the main focus on making BPP a centre for agricultural technology information, a facilitator of institutional and partnership development, and a transparent source of information as mandated by the Regent. The methods used included direct observation, interviews, and hands-on practice in the creation and publication of digital products for BPP. This activity also includes training for BPP staff and managers related to the management of the developed digital platform. The results of the PPPM programme include the creation and implementation of a website and an official Instagram account for BPP Sumberwringin. Both platforms are designed to support the dissemination of information related to agricultural technology, extension activities, educational materials, BPP work area data, and promotion of assisted farmers' products. Based on the results of the post-programme questionnaire, 95% of BPP Sumberwringin staff expressed satisfaction with the digital products developed by students participating in the programme, indicating a high conformity between the results achieved and the needs and expectations of the institution. This significant level of satisfaction is an indicator of the successful implementation of the PPPM programme in strengthening BPP's capacity in information dissemination and community empowerment.
