Pertanian rawa lebak di Kecamatan Pemulutan masih menunjukkan ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap pupuk kimia, dalam jangka panjang berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan terhadap kualitas lahan dan lingkungan pertanian. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat diarahkan untuk mendukung pertanian yang lebih ramah lingkungan adalah pemanfaatan Eco-enzyme berbasis bahan lokal sebagai pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pemanfaatan Eco-enzyme berbasis bahan lokal dalam mendukung pertanian rawa lebak yang lebih ramah lingkungan di Kecamatan Pemulutan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 sampai Maret 2025 di Kecamatan Pemulutan, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi gap analysis, analisis SWOT, studi pustaka, pengamatan lapangan, dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Parameter yang diamati meliputi pengetahuan petani tentang pupuk organik, penggunaan pupuk oleh petani, potensi lahan pertanian, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pertanian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Strength–Opportunity (SO) merupakan alternatif strategi dengan bobot tertinggi. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa skenario yang paling realistis adalah skenario optimis, dengan sasaran prioritas berupa petani membuat pupuk organik sendiri menggunakan bahan yang tersedia lokal. Strategi prioritas yang diperoleh adalah pendampingan kelompok tani untuk membuat pupuk organik yang dapat dijual kepada petani lain, diikuti oleh penyuluhan rutin tentang pupuk organik dan penyadaran petani mengenai manfaat pupuk organik untuk keberlanjutan pertanian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Eco-enzyme berbasis bahan lokal dapat diarahkan sebagai alternatif pupuk organik untuk mendukung pengurangan bertahap ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia dan pengembangan pertanian rawa lebak yang lebih ramah lingkungan.
