NaCIA (National Confrence on Innovative Agriculture) is an annual event organized by the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Politeknik Negeri Jember. This event was held to increase knowledge related to innovative and agricultural technology development.

Besides that, it is hoped that this event will strengthen the friendly relationship between all stakeholders. A theme of the 1st NaCIA 2023 is "Industry 4.0 Technologies in Achieving Sustainable Technology in Food Sectors". The conference discuss several topics, including: Precission Farming, Agricultural Engineering, Food Processing and Engineering, Food Chemistry and Functional Foods, Food Safety, Quality, and Policy.
