Abstrak

Corn is one of the food ingredients that have potential in the agribusiness process, so it needs to be developed, one of the ways to increase the productivity of corn plants is with the right cultivation techniques. The use of chemical fertilizers at this time is rare and has a high price so, the costs incurred by farmers are quite large. Indirectly, the use of organic fertilizers, both solid and liquid, can be used to assist in the supply of nutrients needed by plants. This study aims to determine the effect of various kinds of manure and doses of cow biourine on the productivity of sweet corn.This research was conducted in Sembawa Village, Banyuasin District, South Sumatra Province from October to  December 2021.  The experimental design in this study is the factorial RAK with the first factor being various kinds of manure and the secondfactor is being various doses of cow bio urine so that 9 treatment combinations are obtained was repeated 5 times with two planting holes each. The parameters observed were the number of leaves, plant height, length of the cob, the weight of the cob with cornhusk, and the weight of the cob without the cornhusk. The Observation results were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), if it is significantly different, it is continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% level. The results showed that the manure treatment had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and length of the cob mean while the cow bio urine treatment did not have a significant effect on all parameters for the interaction treatment of various kinds of manure and doses of cow biourine did not give a significant effect.
